Fraudulent Profesional Certification Since 1994
Under RCW 28C.10.020.7, Fine Vintage LTD would be considered a “Private vocational school” since it offers “postsecondary education in any form or manner for the purpose of instructing, training, or preparing persons for any vocation or profession.” This is true because they claim to offer training for “the serious trade professional.”
Under RCW 28C.10.060, Fine Vintage is required to have a license to operate as a private vocational school in Washington. Fine Vintage is not licensed and is therefore not legally permitted to operate. Because of this violation, the owner of Fine Vintage could be fined $100 a day for every violation plus a year in jail.
